Paul has over 10 years’ executive search experience within the international life sciences sector. As Head of Research at PIR International, Paul is responsible for the leadership and development of the Associate team, and the coordination of Executive, Non-Executive and Board level projects for PIR’s early stage and SME clients, across the UK, European, and US markets.
Paul is renowned for his calm and tenacious approach, leaving nothing to chance and delivering outstanding shortlists for client projects. Clients, candidates, and colleagues value his deep understanding of the life science sector and his ability to forge strong relationships. Paul graduated from the University of Northampton with a first-class BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management.
