As a Director and Senior Partner at PIR International, Tom focuses on executive level searches across the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Med Tech and Consumer Healthcare sectors on a national and international level. Whilst working with established multi-nationals he has also assisted US headquartered specialty, orphan drug and ATMP companies in the establishment of their European infrastructure.
With over 25 years’ Pan European Line Management expertise in both Commercial and Research and Development settings, Tom has extensive experience creating winning value propositions, sourcing globally for key talent, implementing appropriate assessment and selection techniques and ultimately hiring executive level professionals across Board, C-Suite, General Management, Research & Development, Commercial, and Corporate Functions.
